The company :

Le Temps des Cerises is a renowned restaurant in the Provence in the South of France with an open kitchen where hospitality and gastronomy are of great importance. We use fresh seasonal products from the region and creativity is highly appreciated by our international clientèle. During the season there is a cozy atmosphere outside on the naturally covered terrace where guests can enjoy a light lunch or a warm summer evening. The closing days are Tuesday and Wednesday.

The work :

As an employee in the service you are, together with the owner, jointly responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant and the liaison between the guest and the kitchen. Organizational talent, team spirit and wine knowledge are important parts of your task. The employee we are looking for is an all-rounder, is a professional, and likes to please our guests in a relaxed atmosphere.

Your personality:

You are an open and representative person who likes to take the initiative. You also have leadership and good communication skills. You anticipate quickly on ad hoc situations and have an eye for detail.

Your training and work experience:

You have a completed relevant education in service and hospitality and preferably have at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Hospitality is in your DNA! Knowledge of the French language is an advantage.

Your work environment:

You work in an informal atmosphere with a dynamic character where there is room to develop and grow. We can be of help in finding a suitable living space in the area.

Salary indications:

2600 € gross, with possibility to grow.
