The company :

Le Temps des Cerises is a renowned restaurant in the Provence in the South of France with an open kitchen where hospitality and gastronomy are of great importance. We use fresh seasonal products from the region and creativity is highly appreciated by our international clientèle. During the season there is a cozy atmosphere outside on the naturally covered terrace where guests can enjoy a light lunch or a warm summer evening. The closing days are Tuesday and Wednesday.

The work :

As a Kitchen chef you are, together with the owner/chef, the creator of the menus and responsable for the quality of the kitchen. Foodcost control, kitchen organization and team spirit are important factors that are part of your tasks. The direct contact with our guests gives the function an extra dimension. The Kitchen chef we are looking for is a cooperative leader who is passionate about food and can motivate a team.

Your personality:

You want to deliver quality and like to take initiatives. A real team player. You understand very well that we have to do it together and that everyone has its own responsibility.

Your training and work experience:

Minimum of several years of experience in a similar function (preferably à la carte restaurant).

Your work environment:

You work in an informal and dynamic atmosphere with room to development and growth. We can be of help in finding a suitable living space in the area.

Salary indications:

2800 € gross, with possibility to grow.
